Samsung Exynos 1080 Specification
The Samsung Exynos 1080 is a flagship custom-designed, 64-bit ARM-based Samsung mobile processor (SoC) that was launched on November 12, 2020. The Samsung Exynos 1080 Specification includes a 5nm manufacturing process by Samsung and a powerful CPU consisting of 1x 2.8 GHz – Cortex-A78, 3x 2.6 GHz – Cortex-A78, and 4x 2 GHz – Cortex-A55.
The Exynos 1080 also features the ARM Mali-G78 MP10 GPU, which is based on the Vallhall 2 architecture clocked @ 800MHz, providing enhanced graphical processing capabilities.
The Exynos 1080 supports LPDDR5 memory with a frequency of 2750 MHz, allowing for fast and efficient data transfer. The maximum memory size supported is 8 GB, and it is equipped with UFS 3.1, the latest version of the Universal Flash Storage standard.
The Exynos 1080 comes with a Samsung integrated 5G modem, providing support for 5G NR Sub-6Hz, 5G NR mmWave, LTE Cat.24 DL/Cat.22 ULand and Samsung wireless system that supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, providing fast and reliable wireless connectivity.
It also features a Samsung custom ISP, capable of supporting up to 200MP in a single camera and dual-camera configurations of 32MP + 32MP.
In terms of display support, the Exynos 1080 can handle 4K/WQUXGA at 120Hz, and QHD+ at 144Hz. Additionally, the Exynos 2100 supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, providing fast and reliable wireless connectivity.
